Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Cigars (Non-Returnable): Due to strict storage, hygiene, and regulatory standards, all cigar sales are final and non-returnable, except in the case of incorrect shipment or damaged product upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Accessories (Eligible for Return): Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all components and proof of purchase.


2. Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email support@thecabinetclub.com with order details and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Send Back the Package: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless The Cabinet Club is at fault. In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund.


4. Exchanges

Eligible accessories may be exchanged for other items of equal or greater value. Cigar exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of damaged or incorrect shipments.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cigars (except for damaged or incorrect items)
  • Opened or used products
  • Filled lighters
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or promotional offer items

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Our team will assess the issue and provide a resolution — such as a replacement, store credit, or refund.
