The Balthasar comes in an oily Cameroon wrapper with a rich color often described as Colorado Maduro that offers visual appeal and promise of rich smoke. The cold draw provides earthy aromas and notes of coffee and cocoa with spice in the background. On lighting, the flavor opens with wood and spice, dark chocolate and leather, with gentle sweetness balancing the fuller strength.

As the cigar burns through its length the profile deepens ‒ cedar, nutty tones, and earth emerge in the middle, while the finish brings slightly bolder notes of pepper, roasted wood, and lingering cocoa. Construction is generally strong with even burn, firm ash, and a good draw that holds up through most of the smoke. The packaging reflects Patoro’s Serie P identity ‒ boxed in sets of twenty with an orange band, classic band design, and presentation that emphasizes elegance and strength.
